Company History
As a senior trainer, Sam Blank has conducted workshops and seminars for hundreds of business executives, educators, managers, and administrators in the skills of cross-cultural negotiation, facilitation and mediation. He has worked with diverse clients across a wide spectrum of service, educational, governmental, Fortune 500 companies, and not-for-profit organizations. He has designed instructional programs and served as a consultant and trainer for both large and small companies, including clients such as the NYC Commission on Human Rights, UPS-Logistics, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, American Express, Skanska, Novartis, Harvard Business School, and The Lighthouse Guild.
Utilizing his extensive management and negotiation/mediation skills, Sam was an integral part of a joint project of the NYC Department of Education and the Federal German government and German industry. The U.S. President and German Chancellor partnered after the attacks of September 11, 2001 to host the “New York-Berlin Bridge” program and Sam served as chief facilitator to further and intensify tolerance and international understanding between German and American youth. In that endeavor, he worked closely with business leaders from DaimlerChrysler AG, Allianz AG, Deutsche Bank, Telekom AG, Robert Bosch GmbH, Porsche AG, Siemens AG, and Lufthansa.
Sam Blank Associates has been featured on ABC-TV, the Christophers Closeup, PBS-WNET, and has delivered keynote addresses on conflict resolution, violence prevention and international peace.
He has recently authored a professional book Managing Organizational Conflict which addresses a host of issues vital to the resolution of company internal and external disputes.
